This easy apple crisp recipe comes together in just 15 minutes and bakes for 45-50 minutes in the oven, until hot and bubbly. Preheat oven to 350℉. Prepare the apple filling. Cut apples into 1″ chunks, removing any cores and seeds, and add to a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well with a spoon or spatular until everything is coated. Set aside.
Prepare the crisp topping by adding all ingredients to a bowl, except the oats. Use your hands to squeeze the ingredients together with the butter until you have a finer consistency and have broken down the butter. Add the oats in and work them into the topic with your hands.
Pour the apple filling into a your bakeware, then crumble the crisp all over the top, spreading it out as evenly as you can. Bake for 45-55 minutes until it is bubbling and golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Makes fabulous leftovers for breakfast and lunchbox.
