Kids get really excited when you put a popsicle in front of them! What better than making your own with nourishing, yet simple ingredients – free of food dyes and refined sugars? A homemade yogurt cream cheese, filled with probiotics and healthy fats, combined with peaches that were frozen from summer’s peach harvest. Add extra flare by dipping popsicles into a dark chocolate melt.

Directions

Step 1

Blend all ingredients in a food processor — you can leave some chunky pieces. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 8 hours or overnight until rock solid and firm.

Step 2

When popsicles are firm, remove from freezer and allow them to soften for a few minutes to make removing from molds easier.

Step 3

Melt chocolate dip ingredients together until smooth. Remove popsicles from their molds and dip into melted chocolate. Lay on parchment lined baking sheet until set…won’t take long. Ready to re-freeze at this point in popsicles bags or enjoy immediately!

Note

Prep time on day 1 is quick, just 10 minutes! Freeze overnight and then dip popsicles, when frozen, into chocolate melt – another 10 minutes. These are easy and fun to prepare.
