Directions

Step 1

Turn juicer on and add ginger and turmeric, one by one. Pour a little lemon juice through the juicer if needed to help the ginger and turmeric juice come through.

Step 2

Place a fine mesh strainer on top of a bowl and pour the juice through the strainer along with the lemon juice. Toss the leftover pulp into the trash. Add freshly cracked pepper to the juice and then pour juice into a glass storage bottle.

Step 3

Pour yourself a health shot everyday! Make a new batch when it’s all out.
