to get my Healthy AF Banana Bread Recipe
I’m so obsessed with this homemade healthy granola because I don’t have to buy the store-bought granola that always has seed oils, preservatives, and too much sugar. But let’s be honest, I don’t buy that junk! Although, I do enjoy a good granola. And this healthy granola tastes so delicious! Leaves you feeling nourished and satisfied. Perfect to combine with yogurt, with milk, as a topping over hot cinnamon apples, or just simply to snack on. Easy to make!!

Preheat oven to 325℉. In a large bowl, stir all dry ingredients. Make the Final batter. Add the wet ingredients, then stir using my favorite danish dough whisk until very well combined.
Pour the granola onto a large parchment lined baking sheet. Pat down with a spatula until condensed, firm and flat. Use the spatula to press any excess pieces into the rectangle. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven. Give it a good stir and then flatten again with the spatula as you did before into a dense rectangle. Place back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to sit on the stovetop until fully cool. Do not try to break it apart as you won’t get nice chunks. Granola should be fully cool and hard before breaking into chunks. Use your hands to break the granola into smaller pieces of your choosing.
Scatter add-ins over top the granola chunks, then mix everything together with your hand. Transfer to a storage jar or container. This granola is shelf stable and does not need refrigerated.
