I’ve been making this chocolate avocado pudding for years and my kids still love it. It’s rich in healthy fats from avocado and unrefined coconut oil, while low in unrefined sugar − we use maple syrup. But, it’s not just for kids! It’s super dark, rich, and smooth − the perfect adult treat for after dinner.
I’ve been making this chocolate avocado pudding for years and my kids still love it. It’s rich in healthy fats from avocado and unrefined coconut oil, while low in unrefined sugar − we use maple syrup. But, it’s not just for kids! It’s super dark, rich, and smooth − the perfect adult treat for after dinner.
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender or food processor. Run the blender and scrape down with a soft spatula, then run it again, and scrape down. Do this until all ingredients are fully combined. If blender doesn’t run because it’s too thick, add a little bit more water.
Enjoy pudding immediately or place pudding in a storage container and transfer to the fridge. Pudding will firm up and become very thick in the fridge after a few hours!
My kids love to have this pudding at school for snack or dessert. I use these stainless steel snack containers or these snack containers for the pudding.
