There’s nothing better than a spoonful of rich, hazelnut spread. Homemade Nutella is easier than you think! All you need is a few cups of hazelnuts and a food processor to do the job. Chocolate lovers rejoice, because Nutella has entered the room.

Ingredients

Yield: 3 cups

Directions

Step 1

Roast hazelnuts on baking sheet at 350℉ for 10 minutes until golden, but not browning too much.

Step 2

Using a food processor, blend hazelnuts until a smooth nut butter consistency. Takes several minutes.

Step 3

Add remaining ingredients and continue to blend until smooth. May need to use a spatula to scrape the sides down.

Step 4

Add Nutella to glass jars and store in fridge until firm. May keep in pantry or fridge.

Makes a delicious daytime snack or after dinner dessert – just a take a spoonful and enjoy!
