This Homemade Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal is crispy and sweet – there’s just nothing better than making your own healthy cereal! Combine all cereal ingredients in a bowl and then use your hands to form into a ball.
Place dough between two sheets of unbleached parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin as thin as you can – about ⅛ inch.
Cut into small squares with a pizza cutter and roll each piece in the cereal sugar.
Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper and add cereal pieces to it. Bake at 350℉ for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool and crisp up.
When cool, transfer to an airtight glass jar. Enjoy in a bowl with raw whole milk or as a dried snack.
You may want to make a double batch as these go quickly!
