Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of outdoor workouts, not only because I cancelled my gym membership (that’s a story for another day), but also because it’s so refreshing to get sun and fresh air at least once each week. One of my favorite workouts for women is the “Leap Frog” because it gets your heart pumping and booty burning in only seconds. For a working gal like myself, it can be difficult to find time to lay out in the sun and get the recommended Vitamin D, but I can make time for at least 1 hour on a weekend to do some fat-burning moves, like the leap frog, it just takes a little motivation! Read on to find out how to do this simple outdoor workout move on your own and how to get in shape fast.

Outdoor Workouts For Women: How To Do The “Leap Frog”
Step 1: Position yourself in a squat with feet turned out at a 45 degree angle
Step 2: Hold arms in front and hands together
Step 3: Jump straight up as high as you can and come down into the same squat position, holding for 2 or 3 seconds.
Step 4: Do 3-5 sets of 15 reps
