For vegetarians and vegans, there are plenty of “meaty” options options like the OC Raw Chopper Salad, which is equally delicious! - Chicken – Made from soy, wheat, and pea proteins
- Seitan – A complete protein with a meaty texture that is made from wheat.
- Bacon – Thinly slice tofu that is marinated and baked to a firm texture
