Halloween Cookies: Witch Hats Recipe
Ingredients
- Hershey’s® Kisses® milk chocolates, unwrapped
- 1 package (11 ½ ounces) fudge-striped shortbread cookies (Keebler is preferable, cookie should have a chocolate covered bottom)
- 1 tube of decorating icing (orange)
- 1 pack of sprinkles – Halloween assortment
Directions:
Step 1. Place cookies upside down with the chocolate side facing up
Step 2. Squeeze icing out of tube around the inner circumference of the cookie hole. Place a Hershey’s Kiss firmly on the icing and let icing dry.
Step 3. Ice the remaining surface area of the cookie using a knife to spread an even layer and then sprinkle the desired decorations overtop of the icing
Step 4. Repeat steps 1-3 until all of the cookies have kisses on them and are decorated
Step 5. Tilt the cookies after they are dry to get rid of any extra sprinkles that did not stick.
Storage: Store cookies in the fridge if you are not enjoying them immediately.
