How To Do A Winter Wonderland Glitter Nail Manicure
Step 1: Paint all nails with white nail polish
Step 2: On the fourth finger, use the brush tool with acetone nail polish remover to remove the top part of the white polish, forming a crescent shape.
Step 3: speckle the glitter nail polish on the top part of the nail. Do not do a full paint stroke, just dab dab dab.
Step 4: Dip the tool in Top Coat polish. Use the metal tool to pick up a gold pailette and put one or two on each nail. Also use the red crystals to accessorize the fourth finger. Depending on the pailettes or crystals you use, you will prefer the wood tool or the metal tool.
Step 5: Paint all nails with top coat polish.
