Pumpkin Pie Recipe – No Guilt Parfait
Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup greek yogurt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 package of instant butterscotch pudding
Gingerbread
Materials:
1 Bowl
1 spatula
2 piping bags – click here to buy piping bags
Rock glass
Cylinder cookie cutter or knife
Pumpkin Pie Recipe For This Holiday Parfait:
Step 1: In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
Step 2: Fill one piping bag with the pumpkin pie puree and the other with whipped cream. This will make for a clean presentation! Piping bags can be purchased at your local bakery or supermarket. You can also find disposable piping bags here.
Step 3: Before piping in each layer, first cut a circular piece of gingerbread to place at the bottom of your rock glass. The gingerbread can act as your “crust.”
