We all know what tomorrow is…it’s Sunday, the day before Monday, the beginning of a new work week. Wait! Oh yah, it’s also SUPER BOWL SUNDAY! On February 3rd, 2013 at exactly 3:30pm PST (6:30pm EST) the San Francisco 49ers will go head-to-head in a bloody battle with the Baltimore Ravens in New Orleans at the Mercedes Benz Superdome. Head coaches (and brothers) John and Jim Harbaugh will battle it out against one another on the field. Beyonce will cause jaws to drop and hearts to go pit a pat during Pepsi’s Halftime Show. 25-year old Niner’s quarterback, Colin Kaepernick, will set out to ultimately win the Pepsi Super Bowl XLVII.
Did you say Beyonce? – reader commentator
Oh yah, we said Beyonce! Miss Beyonce Knowles – actually to be correct, it’s Mrs. Beyonce Carter – will be singing live, no lip sync here (unlike her recent lip synched performance during the President’s Inauguration, which she has already addressed the nation about, see video here) on stage in front of millions AND millions of NFL fans and Sasha Fierce lova’s.
But what will Beyonce sing during the Pepsi Halftime Show? She’s keeping her mouth sealed tight, no hints allowed, but we’ve nevertheless dug deep and have our bets placed on certain songs. We also have an idea of certain guest appearances. Yep, we’re talking hubby Jay Z and former Destiny’s Child gal pals, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. A Destiny’s Child reunion!
Based on an LA Times source and a variety of facts that have been uncovered – such as behind-the-scenes Youtube videos released by Pepsi that show Beyonce practicing certain dance moves like the “forward back body punch” that we vividly remember from years back and a 10-year reunion around the corner for when she first sang with Jay Z in her debut solo song Crazy In Love and also when she split with Destiny’s Child – we’ve come up with THE LIST of songs that Beyonce will (probably) bring out on stage during Pepsi’s Halftime Show tomorrow. Tweet us all night and all day leading up to this highly anticipated show using #PepsiHalftime and make sure to mention us @nubry letting us know what you think about our list of expected Beyonce songs! And now, without further adieu, here they are:
