One of the most exciting vacation destinations in the U.S. during the winter months is South Florida, and if you’re set to travel to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Naples, or Boca Raton in the near future, you’ll want to read our Florida Travel Guide for tips on what to wear, what to pack, and where to stay!
With beaches reminiscent of the Caribbean islands, restaurants and clubs that rival those of Las Vegas and European capitals, and world class resorts and shopping destinations, South Florida is simply packed with attractions to die for.
It’s important to be fashion-forward – get fall/winter 2013-2014 trend inspiration from Vogue – such as style star Nicole Richie in her printed silk maxi dress, particularly in Miami, but it’s equally important to wear comfortable clothing that also keeps you warm. Click here for a full list of what to wear in Florida during the winter months. Both locals and tourists are very bold with their fashion choices and not at all shy about debuting their new looks, but just remember that temps are in the 70’s by day and as low as 50’s by night – see Weather.com for real-time forecasts – so it is important to remember to bring cute, loud clothes that are warm too! See below for our Florida Travel Guide including what to wear, what to pack, where to go, and where to stay in during the winter in South Florida.
