Lots of water w/ fresh squeezed lemon
Protein bar with <200 cals and 0 grams sugar
Lunch –
Green lettuce and spinach salad or steamed spinach w/ 3-4 ounces grilled chicken, red wine/olive oil dressing
Lots of water w/ fresh squeezed lemon
Dinner –
Green lettuce and spinach salad w/ 3-4 ounces grilled chicken, red wine/olive oil dressing OR a veggie juice consisting of combination of Spinach, Kale, Celery, Cucumber, Ginger, Lemon, and Cayenne Pepper.
